Horse Riding

Zuurberg Mountain Village is situated in the Zuurberg Mountain range and is surrounded by the Greater Addo National Park. The entrance to the park offices are situated 500 m from the hotel, and this is where the horse- and hiking trails commence and end.

Hiking Trails

For those who love nature and hiking, both of these hikes offer a breath-taking view over the Zuurberg mountains, game and birds in the wild, and a spectacular view of a mountain waterfall and river can be experienced.

Zuurberg Mountain Village also offers three hiking trails, Porcupine – 1 hr, Echo Valley – 2 hr and Lookout – 3 hr. These hikes show off the splendour and natural beauty of the Zuurberg Mountain in both fauna and flora. A guide is available on request.
