Pringle Bay is a lovely seaside village approximately one hour from Cape Town. The north facing home is situated on the long white beaches with beautiful sunsets overlooking Table Mountain. The ocean has abundant sea life including whales, sea otters, crayfish and marine life. Take a walk into town for the many excellent restaurants and coffee shops.
Outside you’ll find an indigenous garden with a natural stream and pond, a rim flow pool an outside bath and shower as well as spectacular 360-degree views. We highly recommend taking advantage of the braai facilities provided to bask in the beautiful scenery.
Situated only 85 km from Cape Town, Pringle Bay is a charming coastal village on the famous Whale Route. Pringle Bay beach is pristine and spotless and never crowded, even over Christmas! There is a small lagoon with clear warm water where the Buffels River enters the sea. The village is surrounded by mountains on three sides and overlooks the Ocean. You will find an interesting mix of young and old, South African and overseas residents.

- Conditions: *PLEASE NOTE WE CHARGE A ZAR8000 BREAKAGE FEE*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in. *The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.PAYMENT POLICYA confirmed booking comprises the following terms & conditions:• Deposit payment of 50% upon confirmation of reservation.• Balance payment must be received by Pringle Bay Villa no later than 60 days prior to arrival.• Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation must be made in writing and the conditions of cancellation are as follows:• 61 days and more: free cancellation.• 60 days and less 100% is forfeited.• No shows: 100% cancellation fees• No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before the completion of their stay.• 3% of the Total Deposit/Payment should a refund be required as an admin fee.PEAK SEASON (15 December – 7 January)• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.• Balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS• All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent, or operator. If a refund is paid by Pringle Bay Villa, the bank charges will be deducted from the refund payment.• The booking agent or operator will cover incorrect quotes or charges to the guest.• Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested in writing and has been approved.• This document serves as a binding contract. Upon receipt of this document, you are legally bound to the terms & conditions stated here within.• The Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall in all respects, govern this contract.• Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.• Raw Africa Boutique Collection reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax or impost becoming payable by Raw Africa Boutique Collection after the date of booking or in the event of the devaluation of the SA Rand.• Rack Rates provided are a guideline and are not the contracted rates. These are purely for the purpose of comparison and are subject to change without prior notice.ARRIVAL & DEPARTURESOn the day of arrival, guests are sent a welcome letter via email and WhatsApp. The letter includes access codes to the home, Wi-Fi passwords, direct contact information for daily service needs, and other helpful information.Check-in time is from 14:00.Check-out: by 11:00.
