- Conditions: Deposit: A 60% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your arrival. Children: Any requests for accommodating children must be approved in advance. Noise and Events: To ensure a peaceful environment, loud music and parties are not allowed on the property. No Shows: Failure to show up for your reservation will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount; no refunds will be issued. Credit Card Requirements: The credit card used to make the online booking must be presented at check-in. Additionally, a copy of the cardholder’s ID or passport is required upon arrival.
