The beautiful little town of Stellenbosch, roughly an hour from Cape Town, lies surrounded by the Stellenbosch Mountains in the Jonkershoek River Valley in one of the most picturesque settings in the Cape. The second oldest town in South Africa has fondly been called ‘Eikestad’ or city of oaks and its streets are lined with some of the most beautiful surviving examples of Cape Dutch, Georgian and Victorian architecture in the Cape. Dorp Street is a national monument and taking the time to walk around this cosy old part of Stellenbosch, with its secluded lanes, water furrows, cosmopolitan restaurants and coffee bistros, with superb views of mountain, vineyards and orchards, is an idyllic morning venture.

If a refund is paid by The Den Apartments, then the bank charges for the refund will be deducted from the refund payment.• Incorrect quotes or charges to the guest will be covered by the booking agent or operator.• Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested in writing and has been approved.• This document serves as a binding contract. Upon receipt of this document, you are legally bound to the terms & conditions stated here within.• The Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall in all respects, govern this contract.• Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT.• Raw Africa Boutique Collection reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax or impost becoming payable by Raw Africa Boutique Collection after the date of booking or in the event of the devaluation of the SA Rand.• Rack Rates provided are a guideline and are not the contracted rates. These are purely for the purpose of comparison and are subject to change without prior notice.ARRIVAL & DEPARTURESThe Den Apartments by Raw Africa Boutique Collection operates as a self-check-in property, where guests are provided with access codes in advance via email and WhatsApp through a welcome letter. The keys are stored in a lock box outside the apartment for easy retrieval.Check-in time is from 14:00.Check-out: by 11:00.

The room was clean and daily house keeping was efficient. The room has an inverter and battery system and during loadshedding there was still lights and wifi.
