- Conditions: No pets allowed. All rooms are non -smoking. No loud music or parties allowed. Late check-in with prior arrangement. Children accepted (up to 2 children in family room) Children under 12 years are not allowed to use the swimming pool without adult supervision. Deposit - 50% at booking remainder to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Dinner is available on request and to be booked in advance due to limited seating. Sheppard Boutique Hotel is fully licenced establishment and therefore guests and visitors are not allowed to consume their own alcohol on the property. The only alcohol to be consumed is alcohol provided by the hotel. All guests who receive visitors must please ensure their visitors vacate the premises by no later than 20h00 or by the time Grillroom closes. All guests will take note of the tranquil setting and atmosphere and respect their fellow guests by not causing disturbance. The bathroom towels in the rooms are not to be used at the swimming pool. Pool towels may be collected at the reception desk. No swimming is allowed between 20:00 and 07:00. Sheppard Boutique Hotel has to be notified at least a week in advance should guests have any specific dietary requirements. There are no braai facilities at Sheppard Boutique Hotel. Vehicle parking may tend to be a challenge during busy times and therefore guests are requested to park in such a manner that your vehicle does not cause an obstruction to others.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a great view and a fabulous restaurant. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we’ve already booked our next stay! We travel to Nelspruit often, this hotel is definitely our top choice.
