- As the estate is North facing the prevailing summer winds have very little effect on the beach and the homes. The sea is mild and a great swimming beach with multiple little coves and private protected rocky shelters. It is a few minutes from a Cape Nature Reserve where you can access the most pristine white beach with km’s of white dunes. Then the natural environment with lush Fynbos and Milkwood trees/bushes, a herd of Zebras, Springbokkies and a small herd of Bontebokke with walking paths throughout, make it a nature lovers paradise.
