The spacious and airy living rooms are open plan and tastefully furnished. On one side, the living area opens up to an ocean-facing patio, where a morning cup of coffee can be enjoyed while listening to the sound of the ocean. On the other side, a second patio overlooks the lush fynbos forest, providing a perfect setting for afternoon sundowners and barbeques surrounded by the natural beauty of the forest. Two lounge areas provide a comfortable space to relax, either in the TV lounge or in front of the wood burning fireplace.

The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to the patio and barbeque area which makes entertaining a breeze. There are two bedrooms on this level, both leading out to a patio. Upstairs are another two bedrooms, including the spacious master bedroom. This villa is perfectly situated on the beach to watch dolphins and whales passing and to enjoy long walks on Keurbooms beach which stretches for miles.
